Housing Developments
This is a housing development within Torbay for 350 houses. The development is of contemporary design and was developed with three distinct residential areas with dense housing to the centre, radiating out to lower densities where the development bordered the countryside edge.
Key green spaces were located around the development and a structure of primary and secondary routes developed based on recognised pathways. The scheme went through a rigorous design process which included presentations to the local community and the design review panel.
The scheme included social housing which included lifetime homes and wheelchair-accessible units.
