Housing Developments
This project was to redesign the last phases of the Tithe Barn development in Exeter. These two phases will provide 381 units with affordable and wheelchair accessible units.
Phase 5 is on a steeply sloping section of ground and large planted engineered banks are proposed to maximise usable garden space and provide a more natural way of dealing with the large steps in the site.
The architectural style is relatively simple with the use of good quality materials and some architectural detailing over windows and doorways. This is in keeping with the existing styles found around the area.
