The creation of a new contemporary office building which utilises renewable materials and natural ventilation. In order to combat the noise from Sidmouth Road the office area is set to the site interior and the facade to the road is constructed partially of dense masonry with an additional inner glazed wall to create an access corridor.
The service areas are contained within the tower sections of the building which add character to the overall building and also make for simplified drainage for the site.
