Housing Developments

Southsands was a development of 11 contemporary houses overlooking Torbay. The project was designed for Linden Homes (SW). The building utilises a timber frame with Prowall system (SAS) to the exterior making the overall construction lighter and faster to construct. The building is now presented as an exemplar project for new build within Torquay.
