Housing Developments

Sherford is a new town being constructed outside of Plymouth. We were instructed by both Taylor Wimpey and Linden Homes (SW) to prepare and submit a planning package for the 3rd phase at Sherford.

This new phase was developed using the newly approved town code.

A more traditional approach has been taken and the buildings are of a Devon vernacular style. This phase of the development has transitional house designs as it moves away from the strictly Regency style of phase 1.1 and 1a.
