Housing Developments
Sherford is a new town being constructed just outside of Plymouth. We were instructed by Linden Homes (SW), Taylor Wimpey and Bovis Homes to provide working drawing packages for all their houses on phase 1.1 and prepare the necessary information for discharge of planning conditions. This amounted to approximately 600 houses over 21 parcels all of which were developed from scratch. Many nonstandard housing techniques were required in order to meet the demands of the Town Code.
Some of which included double height floors, bespoke stair designs, Georgian facade detailing and detailed external works.
