Housing Developments

This project is situated in Exeter and the southern part of the site overlooks the River Exe. The design has three elements with the North part of the site being of Georgian design, the centre of the site Victorian terraces and the bottom of the site (South) Devon vernacular houses.

The site is designed to Lifetime Homes standards. This project was designed and developed for Linden Homes (SW).
