Community Projects
The creation of new shared housing units for wheelchair users and the elderly for Newcombes Housing Association. These units replaced an existing housing stock that had subsidence from poor ground conditions. The units are all single storey and are relatively simple in design.
Expressed timber frames and trusses externally add visual interest as well as providing covered areas over the private terraces for the residents.
Built in seats have been created as part of the timber frame design.
