Phase two of a three-phase project to provide an 80,000sq ft self storage building, 40,000 sq ft of starter business units and a 20,000 sq ft timber merchants. Phase two consisted of eight starter business units with full articulated access. The building is a portal frame structure with made up external panels for the external walls.
