Phase one of a three-phase project to provide an 80,000sq ft self storage building, 40,000 sq ft of starter business units and a 20,000 sq ft timber merchants; phase one consisted of a five-floor Lok n Store building.

Through the use of a lightweight framing system the interior of the building will be built as demand requires. Lok n Store have a company livery which was adhered to. Through requests by the district council, carefully thought out modifications were required in order to secure a successful approval and a contented client.
