A feasibility study for a new office and warehouse building on the new Exeter Business Park. The client needed a building that could evolve with the business with the likelihood that they would become more office based and less warehouse based.
The proposal included for the ability to convert the warehouse space as the business developed. The building utilises sustainable materials with the frame and cladding being of timber construction and the footprint restricted to 15m width to allow for natural ventilation.
