49 new homes of varying sizes and 16 units within the existing Grade 2 Listed Tannery buildings on the site. There are also two offices proposed within the Tannery buildings.
The palette of materials consists of stone and render which are commonly found in the area. This project was completed for Linden Homes (SW).
