Community Projects
This project was for the construction of a new pavilion at Exeter Cricket Club. The design and construction has been kept relatively simple in order to keep costs down and the construction relatively fast. The pavilion is over two levels which allows the first floor to be let out as a function space whilst maintaning the ability to have cricket matches.
The seating area and balcony areas look onto the cricket field and removable sun shades are proposed to reduce solar gain. The first floor has a series of bi folding doors so that they can be drawn back in the summer.
