Private Projects

This was a development of two houses on a sensitive site. Due to planning restraints the houses are traditional in design. With the site situated in a rural area the design concept was for a main house with a converted outbuilding to the rear. The front house was of render with timber sash windows and a feature lead and cast iron porch. The rear house utilises natural stone with brick quoins and feature oak beams, posts and knee braces.
