This project consisted of three elements. Refurbishment and addition to the original grade 2 listed house, repair and restoration of the original stables, extension and conversion of the workers cottages.

Boycombe is a working farm with stables and equestrian facilities. The project was a balance of retaining the original buildings whilst adapting them for everyday use and providing diversification through holiday accommodation for some of the buildings that were now not needed for running the farm.

The buildings had not been maintained properly for sometime and this project put right years of neglect.
